Our Role

All Yard Needs LLC is a technology platform connecting you with Independent Contractors. We do not perform landscaping, snow removal, or other services ourselves. All services are provided directly by contractors.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information (name, address, phone, payment method).
  • Grant Independent Contractors safe access to your service address.
  • Pay all approved quotes and charges when due.

Payments, Scheduling & Refunds

Payments are processed via a third-party processor. Charges may be adjusted if additional services are requested. Refunds are issued only in cases of contractor gross negligence, fraud, or Company error.

Disputes & Liability

All disputes regarding service quality, timeliness, or performance are between you and the Independent Contractor. The Company is not liable for contractor actions.

For full terms, the signed PDF will be generated upon submission and saved in your dashboard for your records.
